| 内容記述 | Hokkaido has a dairy farming area which raises 35% of the nation's total of milk cows and produces 31% of the milk, 81% of the butter and 82% of the dried skim milk in Japan. Dairy production there originated when crop cultivators began to keep dairy cows and developed under peculiarly Japanese internal and external conditions. First I will discuss dairy farming in Japan as a whole, then the special characteristics of the structure of dairy farming in Hokkaido. | |||||
